How do I return or exchange an item?
In an event you have make a wrong perfume purchase, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after your purchase to initiate an order cancellation or exchange.
Once your order perfume item has been delivered, we are unable to initiate an exchange unless the perfume is found to be faulty.
In any case the perfume that you have purchased from us is faulty (e.g. unable to spray), please contact our customer service to make return and exchange.
